Requirements

  • Legal Entities’ New Account Application.
  • Corporate Resolution.
  • Photocopy of the Company’s legible and valid Tax Information Registry.
  • Photocopy of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation including amendments, if any.
  • Legible and valid identification document of all legal representatives of the company.
  • Latest Income Tax Statement.
  • Photocopy of the company’s latest Financial Statement. If the company’s income exceeds US$3,000,000, audited statements are required. If the company does not have Financial Statements, submit the last three Account Statements.
  • Copy of utility bill (power, telephone, water, gas, cable, mobile service) in the company’s name, showing the company’s address of legal domicile. The bill cannot be more than four (4) months old.
  • Two (2) bank references or two (2) business references or a combination of both.
  • Original company’s Form W-8BEN-E.
Requirements for Shareholders (only for those holding at least 10% of the company’s shares).
  • Photocopy of valid and legible ID or Passport.
  • Original W-8BEN form.
  • Minimum opening amount $10,000
